Florida FFA is pleased to announce the results of the 2012 Agricultural Technology and Mechanics Systems Career Development Event (CDE).  The state event was held May 5, 2012 at Ridge Career Center in Winter Haven.  Nine teams from throughout Florida gathered to compete for the state championship. The purpose of the Agricultural Technology and Mechanics Systems CDE is to stimulate learning in the various areas of the agricultural mechanics industry.  Florida FFA is very appreciative of the support of our event coordinator, Mr. Hal Moon (John Deere, retired) and Mr. David Byrd (Polk County Schools).  A special thanks to the University of Northwestern Ohio for their sponsorship of the event, Polk Tractor and Fields Equipment for supplying the equipment, and Ridge Career Center for allowing the use of their facility for this event.

As a matter of procedure, event results are considered unofficial for (2) business days following publishing. It is the responsibility of the FFA Advisor to review individual team results. Any appeal must be made to the FFA Executive Secretary in writing for necessary adjustments to be made.  At the close of business on the second business day following publishing, results will be official.
